Kind of hard to explain but I'll try. I've noticed after the update my phone does a quick vibration when I touch it/pick it up after it's been idle for a while. There would be no notifications on top so I'm pretty sure it's not like some type of reminder. Does anybody know what may cause this...

I find it weird that since the HTC One isn't going to be available for Verizon then why on the official HTC website they let you choose Verizon? This could either mean it actually is going to come eventually, or HTC is just throwing every carrier into that drop down list.

My only gripe with the ONE is they decided to go away with what separates android phones from iPhones = removable battery and the option to expand memory. Now as far as the battery goes i know not a lot of people need to remove the battery but if a phone doesn't have excellent battery life...

Not sure. All I had to do was log in again and it worked fine for me. I noticed after the update a couple apps updated automatically (I have them checked). Check to see if you have any updates.

Pretty much: - Turn off certain features when not in use (Bluetooth/GPS/WiFi) - Lower brightness - Make sure you close whatever apps you're not using properly I think it's the same for any 4G phone.
