You could try going to Settings - Apps - ALL, and delete data of the Phone and Dialer apps.

Hello Michael, I went on HTC a while ago to ask what the "Other" section was and they said it was files specific to HTC, like Sense. They're proprietary things that can't be removed.

How did you delete your keyboard? Are you rooted? I don't think a factory reset would get it back. That just deletes all apps you downloaded. I don't think the system apps you delete come back. If I were you, I would just download and use Google Keyboard. I think it's better than the HTC...
