HTC Desire 510 S-Off, how can I get it off?

HTC Desire 510 S-Off

I want to flash a custom rom to my HTC Desire 510 but I have yet to find a way to get s-off . It is getting very frustrating and I was wondering if anyone here knows how and if they could tell me it would be very helpful and very appreciated

S-Off is not needed to flash a custom ROM for our device. The only way to obtain S-Off at the moment is by paying $25 and using Sunshine at theroot.ninja. It is an apk. Your bootloader has to be locked and there is a wizard to make sure you meet all the prerequisites.

I just found this post, went to theroot.ninja and downloaded SunShine-latest.apk by just agreeing to eula. It says it's licensed, not sold.

Thank you for the info JoyPCS. I didn't know that. I have never used it, but others on xda-developers said they were able to use Sunshine to obtain S-Off.
