Good point. I should be prepared to turn off 4g to make sure the battery doesn't get drained. Just looked at an app, 4G LTE Toggle, which states it "will switch your active network between CDMA and LTE". Is this not the same thing as Settings --> Wireless & Networks --> Mobile networks -->...

Why are you assuming I would be anything but polite? I can certainly b*tch politely. It's a simple matter of "Hey, I paid you for this service this month and you did not provide it so I would like a refund for that service for the month." Pretty simple and straightforward.

The first time, I let it go. The second time I let it go. Not three times in a month. And no, it's not pro-rated. Like cable its a service that's expected to be always on.

Apparently there is another Nationwide Verizon 4G outage. Same as previous ones; no 4G coverage and does not auto-drop into 3G. Seriously, gonna call and b*tch my ass off this time for a full month's data refund. :mad:

I must say I have not had any interruption in 4G service since the one a couple of weeks ago. I am in the NorthWest.

Anyone have any experience asking for a month's refund on data from Verizon? This is like the third fracking time this has happened. :mad:
