Yea that sucks but I'm not from US and where I am from here are only Unlocked (will go on any carrier) SIM Free phones so in my country there are 4GB free on M4 Aqua.

I am not sure but it's a chance that it may come out on Verizon too.

I'm thinking of buying it and here are the reasons. 1.Capless USB Port while waterproof. 2.On Lollipop "Move to SD" feature is enabled. 3.Affordable price. 4.Great Design. 5.Great specs for a mid-range smartphone.

It's really newly released device it surely would have a warranty so take it back where you bought it and they will replace or fix it. If you ordered it online than contact the seller.
