i ran phone and safe mode and it worked. i rebooted and tried it again and it worked without me having to remove the last app i added. i had rebooted before several times and i'm not sure why that didn't do the trick, but thanks so much!!!

i recently have developed a issue when trying to watch embedded videos on my S10. i keep getting "an error has occurred". I can force video to work by going into incognito mode but it doesnt work any other way. if anyone has insight on this that would be great.

Ś I too think that there is a issue with the phone dropping from 4g to 3G. I'm hoping that this is a software issue and that it can be fixed. I'm on AT&T and this is ridiculous that a great phone has this issue. I hope the powers that be are working on this.

I'm sitting in my living room phone showing 4g lte 4 bars going from -95 to -84....previous phone -67......this ain't good.

I am really getting angry about this reception, s6 AT&T, my reception is average at best and there are tooooo many areas where my reception is crap, let is normally 3 bars and then nose drops to regular 4g, I was late in returning in 14 days, so I sent it back to Samsung but they found nothing...

I can't get kies to work, it keep telling me to use smart switch but I don't want to transfer to another phone just backup. Am I doing something wrong.....tried kies and kies3

Hi peeps, I need to send my phone to Samsung to resolve this signal issue. My question, as I am new to android, is how to revert phone back before sending and what do I need to do now to get all my settings, apps, and messages back. Any suggestions would be great.

The LTE/GSM auto stayed red, seemed like you can't change it Upon further inspection, some items you can select, while others do nothing and stay on the previous selection
