Re: Phone won't charge even after buying a new battery and charger (please help) So, it seems to me there are two problems. First one was with the old battery that was overheating. The second one might be cold solder caused by the first one. You should definitely have someone check you phone.

Chrome on smartphone and Firefox on tablet. Both work great.

Unfortunately no. I have Galaxy S4 (which I use for development), Alcatel Idol 2 Mini (piece of sh.. if I may say, but good for testing) and Motorola Xoom tablet, which is far from lollipop. I guess I'll take my chances and upgrade G4 in a few days...

It looks to me as if someone blended M8 and iPhone6 into one device. Maybe I'm wrong, but it appears to me that way. Btw, I'm a huge fan of HTC, and will definitely take it under consideration for my next Android phone.

Well, it's not as hard as it might seem. Basically, Java and C# are extremely similar and code can easily be converted from one to the other. It was harder for me to switch from .NET framework for Win7 to .NET framework for Windows metro apps, then to transfer to Java/Android. I was never good...
