The apk is not legit. It may be compromising other aspects of your phone as well.

You can try to restart your device too and reopen the tab from a new tab as well.

It sounds like its an issue specific to the email app (and specifically to the reply email screen). Could you inform the developer?

This looks really bad. It's probably due to an app you recently downloaded or some kind of installer malware that ran itself. Could you check your app drawer for any apps that you don't recognize? You can also go to Settings > Apps and view running apps.
