Yep I agree completely. White is my personal worst for phones. Black/sapphire is what I want in a phone. Would have considered green if it was available at the time but it's only marginally an improvement over black anyway, imo.

Samsung's obviously, as the manufacturer they are ultimately responsible for producing a working device. More specifically it may be that the particular malfunctioning component was produced somewhere else by a 3rd party but that isn't the consumer's fault, that's up to Samsung to catch through...

I really doubt that it is because of charging. I did not use rapid charge, or wireless charge, at all. Nor did I upgrade any of the software it came with. Screen rotation didn't work out of the box. Still waiting for my carrier to send me the damn courier satchel to swap it. Is anyone aware...

Yeah there is nothing on mine at all, factory reset multiple times. Unfortunately none of the reset methods I've tried (from menus in phone, from home+power+vol menu, from PC version of Smart Switch) has helped with mine. Always after the reset it does not rotate :( Spoke again to Samsung...

Just curious where you heard that? I've tried multiple factory resets using both methods and nothing's changed.

Update... Took the phone to my nearest authorised Samsung repairer (45m drive away), who said they could only take it and look at it in a few days... One of their techs had a brief look at it, confirmed that he couldn't get it to rotate, but said he didnt know why or a solution. Went in to...
