So, the on/off button of my M8 is no longer working.
Does anyone know if this is repairable?
The warranty expired about a month ago, so "repairable" also means "at reasonable cost or DIY).

I use BubbleUPNP to stream from NAS.
YouTube app had stream to DLNA Client built in.
I am not sure about radio apps (I mostly use chromecast and bluetooth)
My wife just switched from M7 to LG G4 under similar circumstances. While the insurance case processed she borrowed my M8. She is very happy with her G4 (especially the camera) and wouldn't dream of switching. Then again, I love my M8 and wouldn't swap either : )

Upload to Dropbox is a one way process, so you can (re-) move the photos on the phone one they are in Dropbox and/or move the files once uploaded to you preferred location on PC (you should test this before applying full scale, of course, but I...
I am not worried either. Sooner or later there will be a final update and that's it anyway (I believe things are better now than 3-4 years ago).
When that day comes, the good thing about the M8 is that it is a (relativly) popular flagship phone, so there will probably be custom ROMs available...

I got an unlocked M8 running 5.0.1 build 4.16.401.10 and haven't seen this yet. Am in Europe too, if that matters.

The problem with blurry pictures occurred to me after I had had the phone for about a year. This fixed it for me.
Use Dropbox or similar service to hold your personal stuff in the cloud, including photo upload. In that way, even if you lose the phone, you still have your personal stuff available.
