    I don't think I have ever experienced network level drops on tmobile in years. I'm sure you're feeling the AT&T saturation problems. I'd suggest you come over and signup and try tmobile out before you even cancel, the new customers can get a g2 free right now, and you'll have the buyers remorse...

    ok.. seriously thinking of ditching the BB

    I'm still running stock 2.2 on my g2, it's an amazing and clean device. There are only a couple of added apps on the phone like goggles, listen, etc. But it's a super clean Google experience. I'd recommend trying to run it unrooted for a while see how you like it.
