will this extra folder be taking up storage space. Most photos originate in other folders. Will deleting this folder or the contents in it delete from their original folders.

So as an update it turns out it was the USB cable. The fact that it worked alternate USB ports was a bit of a red hearing. I have used the new lead for the last couple of nights and no problems with charging. Cheers guys.

To answer a few of the above I power off my phone most nights so yes, it get’s rebooted regularly. Problem still there in safe mode. Not sure if i remember where original charger and lead are. Phone is over a year old and worked perfectly well with current lead and charger until about 4 weeks...

Hi, my Galaxy S5 wouldn't charge yesterday through the charger. I left it charging over night via the USB port on PC and it charged. I've proved the charger and lead are working on other devices. Phone is about 13/14 months old. Anybody come across similar problems.
