I'm using an unlocked moto one action with a current build of PSB29.71 on tmobile usa. Currently on Android 9 and checking for updates claims I'm up to date. Isn't 10 available for this device? If so, can anyone help me get it?

Yep... Slider is set to volume on do not disturb is off. Maybe it's the Google messages app?
