Just received S9 ordered with a Sprint sim card. Received Verizon sim card instead. Samsung tells me it will be 3 to 5 days until they have a upper management solution. Drag feet long enough so customer deals with problem on their own. I am told it's common problem they are dealing with today.

I have the tech 21 evo check that is basically clear enough to see tickets and such through for my g5. Great protection never had one incident. Turns yellow in about 3 months and if you need any type of customer service it will takes weeks for a reply. They do not warrantee the yellow.

That is the crux now isn't it. The prudent money is no object option tells me to take the photos "off the table" and now I have pigeon holed 5 years worth of photos into a more secure permanent back up. Something happens to new phone with old card and Google Photos is my only source.
