    Thanks for all of your opinions! The only reason why I'm hating Verizon is the mega bootloader they put on my phone to prevent downgrading OS through ODIN! The only other carrier in my area that is reasonable is AT&T and even then they aren't great. Posted via the Android Central App

    I'd take the phone to T-Mobile in hopes of a replacement or contact Samsung if your phone is in warranty. EDIT: I do not have any experience with the company of T-Mobile as Verizon and AT&T are the only reliable companies in my area. Posted via the Android Central App

    I would avoid the update as long as possible. My phone (Galaxy S5 Verizon) is on the latest update and it runs like crap.     Battery sucks
