    An app review doesn't show up on Google Play web. It was left half a month ago. What's going on?

    In Google Play Console, I found a new review for my paid app which is available on Google Play Store. But when I viewed the app on Google Play web with Chrome, I couldn't find that app review which was left on Feb. 12. What's going on? Thank you for your help in advance.

    Can I use a Galaxy Tab 3 without a sim card ?

    I think perhaps it means those apps that do not work on your tablet without a sim card need to connect to internet. Try some apps which may work well without internet connecting to verify that.

    You may upload your video file via Dropbox or Google Drive, then share it to your son's account. Then he can get it from these cloud storages.

    Why can't I install Microsft OneNote on my smartphone?

    Perhaps there are some compatibility issues about play store and the OneNote apk you had downloaded. You may try to get the latest and official Microsoft OneNote from Amazon Appstore...
