Is the 360 security app appropriate for the Galaxy S5?

Is the app 360 a/v out of China secure and appropriate for the Galaxy S5?
I notice it has a program for Windows pcs also and wondered if it can be used there also -with security..

I haven't seen any complaints about it, but I prefer Kaspersky Internet Security or Avast Mobile Security & Antivirus for antivirus and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for non-virus malware.
