I use textra. And sometimes i will restart my phone and after it restarts a few will home through and show they were sent maybe 30 mins ago but only received at the point i restarted A lot of the time it's fine, but when i don't get them, restarting sorts seems to force them through.

Not sure about hers, but mine is generally always showing that its got signal, mines never extremely low or has none. From what she's said, I don't think she has signal issues as such either. Its odd that after a restart a few will come through though and usually only early morning.
