Yup. Its a network issue. Sprint users who have a home booster are especially prone to duplicate messages. Don't factory reset your phone or do anything crazy...what provider do you have? What phone?

You probably had one (or many lol) apps / system processes running that refused to let the phone sleep...although draining that fast would lead me to believe its something else. Are you rooted? Did your governor max out for some reason? What settings if any did you change before this...

"PRESS" Lets you login using your Feedly feeds, etc. Great UI, and never had an issue with it. One of the few apps I would pay for, actually. (It is free.)

Battery savers such as Juice Defender really don't do anything for your battery...and in addition can cause problems with background data and wakelocks. It's basically just a placebo. Don't believe it? Try it sometime. I get over 36 hours on one charge because of the way my phone is set up...
