Any remedy

After the recent software update on my tablet, my keyboard stopped working. It's charged, blue tooth says it's paired on screen but nothing works. Any thoughts?

I recently updated my Samsung Pro 12.2 and now my Logitech keyboard has stopped working. It says it's working but the keyboard won't. It's fully charged and worked fine before upgrade 2 days..

What kept me away from the Android system a couple years back was there was no software like Photoshop on Andriod for tablets that I could upload/save/work on my photos from my Nikon camera, and not the memory they have now. I'm seriously considering a Note Pro 12.2 with the USB port from Santa...
