These are the audio settings I have turned on in the phone application.

I was wrong in my earlier post. I've just looked at it again and there are mute functions but it is not muted and guidance audio is turned up to the max.

The AA selection doesn't show up on the car screen until you plug the phone into the USB connection. When you first plug it in the first time it takes you through a number of options but none had anything to do with muting sound. So, there are no options for AA until you've plugged in the phone...
