After configuring my phone according to the battery saving tips in the sticky thread as well as bump charging it to a green led, I unplugged my thunderbolt from the charger at 7:30AM. It is now 6:45PM, and after somewhat heavy use of my thunderbolt, it is now sitting at ~43%. I'm happy =)

Okay so I rebooted it (once again) and I still have the same issue. I then tried an alternative camera app and that seemed to create an alternative solution. HOWEVER, I would like for my actual camera application to work. I think I'll perform a factory reset and see what happens.
