Went back to my LG V20 not a bad phone but the Mate just felt better and the camera was awsome.

Thanks for all the help unfortunately I got rid of my Mate 9 because of this issue. Sadly it what I had to do since my Mate 9 was my could sync with my work car

all other phone are deleted. I notice my wife's iPhone 7 is doing the same thing. I'll try safe mode.

I don't get either option. There is no gear icon once connected just the i in a circle. When I click on that I have the option to renam, unpair , and to turn contact sharing on which is.

it is with both it's say paired and shows the bluetooth symbol on my car then when I play music or get a call it goes away and comes through on my phone

No luck with either. I'm not sure were to go from here. I looked up the specs and my V20 and Mate 9 use the same blutooth so I'm not sure why one is connecting and the other isn't

I've been having issues connecting to my Kia optima via Bluetooth. It's says it's pair but no sound goes there my car. The car connects with other phone and my Mate 9 connecta with other blutooth devices any help. I have deleted and retryed to pair the device a few times with no luck

I've noticed the same issue on mine. What I've had to do is turn of LTE when I'm not using the phone. Searching for LATE seems to be the biggest drain on my phone by doing so I've added about 15 % to my battery life. I end my day with about 22% battery left
