XDA is reporting that it's because of some ATT bloat and that flashing a rom fixes it

This did not work for me unfortunately. Even when I disable mobile data it just fails and asks me to reenable it in the settings

There was a setting on the Sprint Gs2 and the International version under display that had different image settings. (andandtech's review also details them) They were like..dynamic, movie, and standard. I cannot seem to find this on the AT&T's GS2. Any ideas?
