Problem fixed. Was able to figure out which email account was causing the widget to be off count. Delete / reinstalled that account and all is good. Posted via Android Central App

all messages on phone, computer, & server have been read and the counter still reads (-1). Only on the Lock Screen. When I unlock the screen the counter is correct. Posted via Android Central App

My count of unread emails is off by one, on the lock screen only. Even if I have no unread emails the widget shows (-1) when locked. The count is correct when unlocked. Any suggestions? Posted via Android Central App

No, i have been using the Internet Connection Mode setting in Connect to PC. I haven't notice any problems with this connection.

For me the 4G mobile hotspot worked perfectly for the first 4 days. Now it only works for about 5-10 minutes until it starts to drop the connection. The USB tether has been flawless with no disconnects. I am connecting to a Dell laptop running XP.

I have a similar issue. The Hotspot works great for a bit. Then the 4g disappears and reappears causing me to lose my connection. The weird part is that is works perfect with USB tether connection. However when connected bu USB there is no data symbol on the device.

I am not having any luck with HTC sync. The manual said to look for it on the pre installed SD card but its not their.
