    Pocket Unlock

I haven't been using on body detection for awhile. As I mentioned, I have turned off ALL smart locks/unlocks and the problem still occurs. After reading some comments online, I disabled the Smart Lock trust agent a few days. Since I have done that, I have not had the problem return. It is...

    Pocket Unlock

I am not using the beta but this happens to me all the time. All smart lock options (on-body detection, trusted places, etc) are turned off. It is even set to instantly lock via the power switch and it is still waking up and doing things. From what I have read online, this isn't an uncommon...

The delay is over: Android 7.1.1 for Nexus 6 coming Jan 2017.

I re-enrolled a few weeks ago when I heard the update was coming. Nothing for me either (T-mobile). -kpluck

    Random Reboots

Thanks for the responses… I am currently on NBD90Z. I joined the beta program to get Nougat then left the program. I hadn't received any updates and I noticed newer versions available so today I signed back up with the beta program. Although, I did have this problem with Android 6 Marshmallow...

    Random Reboots

Howdy… I am wondering if anyone has been experiencing random reboots/restarts with their Nexus 6? It started happening over the last few months. First, under Marshmallow and now under Nougat as well. I haven't been able to notice any common action that triggers the reboot. It has happened with...

    Nexus 6 Still Worth It?

I recently picked up a Nexus 6 from an Amazon warehouse deal, 64GB for just under $270. Yes, it is a great phone especially considering current prices. Not to split hairs but technically, that statement is incorrect. For instance, the Nexus 6 I bought through Amazon is unlocked and wifi...

Win Samsung's next new phone from Android Central!

Never owned a Samsung device so this would give me a chance to compare their UI vs "vanilla" android (currently have a Nexus 6) and see if the changes are worth the trade offs. -kpluck

Is owning a Nexus 6 in 2016 worth sticking with?

Is charging it after 6 hours a problem? In regards to charging, since the Nexus 6 supports wireless charging, it would seem easier to keep charged in regards to the 6P. I am curious, what changed between when you "recently" bought the Nexus 6 and now that makes you question if it is worth...

    Great case for nexus 6p

The 6P is a big phone. As it is, putting in a pocket might be a little tricky. With a case like that (all the ridges) putting in a pocket will probably be even tougher. -KeithP

I returned my 16GB Moto X Pure Edition because it wasn't enough space for me

It seems like incredibly poor planning on your part. Obviously you knew ahead of time what apps you were going to install. It would have been trivially easy to determine your storage requirements. I feel bad for companies that have their return policies abused because their customers can't do...

[Closed] Win a Galaxy Note 5!!!

Since a never used a Note 5, the S Pen (especially the screen off feature) would hold the greatest interest to me. -kpluck

    Do you use a case?

Yes, I use a simple TPU case I got from Amazon. What I would really like is a battery case but at this point I am guessing we aren't ever going to see one. -kpluck
