Great case for nexus 6p

Rugged, good looking, and most importantly of all, it has a built in kickstand, and for under $11 with shipping, this seems like a great value.

I'm not affiliated with this case maker, nor will I buy this phone, but I'm a big fan of the 6p and recommends that all owners bit a rugged case to protect their phones.

My nexus 6 has a moko rugged kickstand case and I've dropped it a half dozen times in 10 months and. It remains completely unharmed including the screen.

Hmm, not sure I like the back, but if you say it protects the screen it might be worth a look, especially at the price. I really want to protect this phone. As a student on a budget, I'm still annoyed that I had to spend $120 that I was saving for the 6P on a screen replacement for this S3.

Keep in mind that many of these cases, particularly ones not sold in the Google Store, cover up the laser autofocus. The laser autofocus is to the right of the LED flash.

Does anyone have experience with the Speck CandyShell Grip case that's available for the phone on other devices? Just how protective is it? Do I hold out for a Ballistic, UAG, or Trident case instead?

I have had 2 speck cases. For iphone 5 and galaxy s4. Both amazing. Great grip and look.

I read elsewhere that Spigen is not planning to make 6p cases, only 5x. Hopefully that's not the case (see what I did there?) since they do produce good products at reasonable prices.

The 6P is a big phone. As it is, putting in a pocket might be a little tricky. With a case like that (all the ridges) putting in a pocket will probably be even tougher.

I have 4 of those cases in different colors for my Nexus 6. Not THE most protective you can get, but I love the look of them. The inside part is soft-ish, but seems kind of 'plasticky'. And the outside is very hard plastic. Btw, $11 seems like a lot for them, considering I never paid more than $4.99 with free shipping on eBay. I've seen them as low as $1.99. But it appears they are not available yet on eBay. Pretty soon there will be tons available.

I did some research last night and it turns out that our very own Nexus 6P is almost the exact dimensions of the iPhone 6S Plus (taller and a hair narrower). So good news for those who are looking for a leather sleeve like the Sena Classic Ultraslim. I will try it out if doesn't fit then ship back for refund.

So it doesn't seem that we'll have very many, if any rugged case options for the 6P. UAG is out, as is Griffin, and Ballistic is only making one for the 5X. No word on a Trident case, either. I have no clue how I'm going to protect that phone with a case that isn't third-party and doesn't block the laser auto focus.

I have had 2 speck cases. For iphone 5 and galaxy s4. Both amazing. Great grip and look.

But every speck case I have had gets scratched up on the outside, and starts look like crap in a few months.

I'm kinda disappointed that seemingly none of the rugged case makers are supporting this phone. I know it's a bit early, but you'd think they'd have a general design in mind, and would be hard at work trying to perfect it for release. My options are really limited at this point, and I probably won't order the phone until I have a case in hand so I can put the phone in the case immediately. What to do?

Just got an email from Spigen and they will be making cases and screen protectors. They will be making the following:
LCD film crystal clear
Glas.tR Slim
Ultra hybrid case crystal clear
Rugged armor case black

They did not know when they will be released.
