I figured out the Textra Default problem. Textra is NOW the default app. When I send HELP, NOTHING is returned.

I tried using Textra and the phone WILL NOT allow Textra to be used. I tried changing default to Textra and it will not change. Just another piece of information to add to the list.

There are NO numbers being Blocked.

I requested an update from USPS and I also sent a HELP text message to USPS. NEITHER was receieved. Are you beginning to see my frustration ? LOL

Yes. They said they can see the messages but they are not being displayed on the phone. I did an AI Search for suggestions. I did everything it suggested, including installing a new SIM Card. NO improvement.

I did Reset to Default - NO change. If it was working I could receive Help by sending HELP.

I am currently using Android 16. Some of the information is different from what you posted. I think I found APN, But it says Reset to Default. Not sure I should do that.

Sorry to update you on that. I found none and the T-Mobile CSR confirmed with me that there were NONE.
