Already have a working replacement (Samsung Galaxy) but I need the files on the old phone.

My 2022 Moto G Power spent almost 2 weeks in the gutter buried in snow. It stopped working after the first 4 days in the gutter. Battery probably depleted beyond recovery. Gets very slightly warm on charger overnight. Screen smashed at upper right. Lenses on back also destroyed. Not recognized...
