will this delete any of my own data ?

I bought my GN4 in December of last year , and the battery life then was absolutely wonderful , I recall times where i didn't have to recharge for 2 days! But now it's gone seriously awry .... After a full charge the phone , the battery dies within 6-7 hours on standyby with wifi or LTE...

I have the same problem !!! Even worse actually , whenever i get the 15% battery warning , i got around 1-2 minutes before the GN4 turns itself off , it's scary ! Sometimes the battery dies within 6-7 hours of a full charge !

thank you for your help , but why would this appear as "ghost" inaccesible space and why does it keep on growing daily with no way for me to delete it ? less than 140mb of free space left right now ... :(

Thats precisely the point,, adding up the space used up by the apps gives off a number nowhere near 14 GB ! Check for yourself ! it doesnt make any sense ! there are at least 6 gb missing in "ghost space"

I have the exact same problem ... I leave my GN4 with 60-70% and i often find the battery dead empty in the morning ... which has already led me to missing a few appointments. I looked into it and i realized that only 25% of the actual battery drainage appear in the power saving settings...

when will the lollipop 5.2 update be made available on Galaxy Note 4 ? Phone is getting slower and ****tier with every passing day... wifi doesnt turn off , TouchWiz keeps crashing , apps keep closing and opening, Oculus Gear VR has become almost impossible to use.... a nightmare

Severe WiFi problems , it keeps turning itself on ! In the past 2 weeks, my lollipop GN4 has been acting really strangely ... the power usage has gone up , and the wifi icon in settings keeps turning itself on even after i switch it off and switch off all other automatic advanced settings ...

Any way to convert the files into the new format?
