I love Nova but I'm pretty happy with OneUI. I do miss the scrolling dock and several of the gestures. S25U still needs Home Up, so if that doesn't happen maybe I'll try Nova again. Still fussing with my S25U, but on my S24U I was able to get nice small icons and remove labels on the home...

You can also use the Theme Park to use icon packs from the Play store and adjust shapes (maybe more, I usually just do it for icon packs/shape).

I don't understand all of your messages, sorry. I am not sure what you mean about the colors. My RCS chats works normally. I did SmartSwitch several times for messages to transfer but admittedly I'd never had that issue after several years of using it. I have a physical SIM.

If you're still having issues with things like the check boxes under texts or previews for web links, etc. it may be that RCS messaging isn't working. I'd check that it's active by going under message settings, RCS chats. Your carrier may also be able to help with that if its having a problem...

Resolved. When I first started, I had made sure all apps (Google messages and Samsung SmartSwitch) were updated on both phones, that I had permissions set, and that Messages was signed into. In my frustration, I uninstalled SmartSwitch from both then reinstalled, along with Messages on the new...

Edit - After putting the SIM in the S25U, only new messages are showing. I tried the switch again. It finished almost instantly. It says it's good to go, but still nothing. I may have to resort to a third-party app. I don't love that. It's so weird that it's not working.

I've used SmartSwitch for years without issue, but it keeps saying my messages were transferred from my S24U (using Google messages), but my S25U Google messages app is empty. Any suggestions? I verified it's set to default, cleared cache, cleared data, restarted, then tried the transfer again...
