I do have another issue. When I'm in a group text message in hangouts, when someone responds, it comes through as needing to download an MMS message and it comes through on our one one one thread. When I download it, it moves to the group messages. And sometimes it doesn't download at all...

Wish I never updated. My phone was great on KK, not so much on lollipop. I constantly get the proxy error, Facebook and Google plus don't load correctly. And it lags horribly. I would go back to KK in a heartbeat. Posted via the Android Central App

Non tech person question. I have a lot of pics and videos on my SD card and I don't want to lose them by doing a reset. Can I pull the card, do the reset, then reinstall it? What's the best way to back everything up? I've tried downloading the pics to my PC, but it kept giving me an error...

I should have added I use hangouts for my messaging on my G3 and it works great. Must be a Samsung thing. I tried switching my wife's phone to use hangouts. Didn't work. Posted via the Android Central App

Update. My wife and I both got new phones. I got the LG G3 and she got the S5. It reads the messages from my phone no problem. It worked for the first two I tried on her phone, but hasn't after that. Posted via the Android Central App
