Just got charged and recieved my tracking info for my 512gb Ocean Blue Note 9. Ordered on 8/11

honestly the only thing I could see them crediting is the shipping cost if u paid, and maybe upgrading it to overnight shipping because of the delay but other than that it's not really their fault. It's Samsung's fault for not supplying enough.

Same. One part of the app tells me 9/19, while another says 8/24. The two reps I spoke to both said their end shows 8/24.

So I spoke to a TMO rep and he said everything on their end still shows my original 8/24 ship date. He said seeing that new estimated ship date on the app homepage is possibly a "technical error" seeing as that any new order as of today for a 512gb blue will have that 9/19 ship date. I'll know...

Same here. Only silver lining I see is that by that time Samsung will likely have run out of pre order gifts and since our delivery date is past the deadline to submit we'll get the $300 gift card

So my 512gb ocean blue order that had said ship by 8/24 now says estimated ship 9/19-9/26. FML

Should of asked for them to cover the cost. I gave the rep the "with such a high down payment can you guys at least cover the overnight shipping charge?" line and she gave it to me.

Nice. I ordered the 11th in the afternoon. Haven't gotten any movement, but my estimated ship date hasn't changed. Still says the 24th so I guess that's good at least
