T-Mobile: Galaxy Note 9 Pre-Order Thread

So... interesting fact... I just preordered yesterday and I only paid for standard shipping . A day later I just got a delivery estimate of Friday from ups. Granted all you lucky people are getting your phone already but I'm glad I did not pay for that 2nd day shipping. Btw... I got the shipping fee credited back to my account just by asking customer service. I love Tmobile!

I preordered on the 12th and my card was charged on 17th. The status still shows in process for the preorder. Anyone having the same fate.?

So my 512gb ocean blue order that had said ship by 8/24 now says estimated ship 9/19-9/26. FML

Thats why i changed my order..at this rate it will he christmas before some people get theirs.

I'll have you guys know - I was on the Samsung Preorder thread, but after a terrible, terrible customer service technical issue with my current carrier Sprint and their feeble mindless attempts at activating my factory unlocked Note 9, I walked into the Tmobile store and they had me set up on a prepaid plan in minutes. Flawless, fluid setup , no delays, no guesswork, they were competent and knew what they were doing.

All I know is I pre-ordered only 5 days into the start of the pre-order period, on the 15th with 8 days remaining in the promotional period and it's not my g-dam fault Samsung didn't make enough phones. So if I get screwed out of the gifts I'm going to really be furious.

I changed to the 128 from the 512. I just xouldnt justify the wait AND the high down payment.

So I spoke to a TMO rep and he said everything on their end still shows my original 8/24 ship date. He said seeing that new estimated ship date on the app homepage is possibly a "technical error" seeing as that any new order as of today for a 512gb blue will have that 9/19 ship date. I'll know for sure depending on if my card gets charged tommorow or Friday.

If you have anything newer than a S7+ I wouldn't upgrade

I'm already paying $39 per month for my Note8. If I can get the Note9 for $1 more per month, it's a no brainer. If people are on this forum, it pretty much means most want the latest phone.

Note 8 was so glitchy and the hardware after a couple months became very laggy

You can actually get I believe 3 different kinds of cases as well as a tempered glass protector on Amazon from caseology for about $1.50 a piece
