Does Samsung ever push out point releases? Would the Note 8 realistically get 8.1?

I just switched over to Samsung pay. One thing I miss from Android pay is the vibration the phone would make when it registered the tap at the terminal. I've looked everywhere in the settings and I can't find a way to make Samsung pay do this.

The BlackBerry keyboard is based on SwiftKey I believe, so the underlying accuracy should be the same for both if that is what you are after.

Yes. But if you enable that feature then the feature to flick up on words from the keys goes away. Its either one or the other.

That was a good point about compatibility mode. I just checked and confirmed I am using the current XLSX format. In any event I am glad it is working now even without the frozen panes. Those were more nice to haves.

Thought I would update this thread. On a whim I decided to remove the frozen panes from both of my spreadsheets and lone and behold, no more freezing and crashing. It seems there is some kind of bug that causes Excel to crash when the keyboard opens in a spreadsheet with frozen panes.

Cobalt is the man. His apps are top notch. I used a few of them on my Z30. In terms of the blackberry keyboard, it is good and certainly has its own nice features. But gboard is just as good in my opinion. As I get more accustomed to swiping on my keyboard I don't think I could even go back to...

Most tv manufacturers and cable companies have apps in the Play store to control their TVs and boxes. I'm using the lg tv plus app for my tv and it works well. Same goes for my cable box. No extra hardware required. As long as the hardware is on the same WiFi network as my phone then it works as is.

I have one of these as well but haven't used it with my note yet. Does it quick charge the phone?

No complaints here. I'm loving Samsung Android compared to the stock experience on my Moto. I appreciate the extra touches Samsung has added.

Only Pixel phones get unlimited photo storage in Google photos at the original file size. When you are viewing the file sizes in the Google photos app on your phone I will guess and say it is showing the size of the local file on your device and not what is in the cloud.
