Re: how can you regress from lollipop to kitkat? OK K-9 installed but if I understand correctly it requires the Gmail app to synchronize contacts. Gmail is stopped on the Nexus 10. Reboots do not fix it so I guess its broken. Anyone know how to get K-9 access to contacts? Thanks.

Having the same problem with gmail on n7 (2012). Toggled auto-sync data and gmail sync numerous times, no go. Frustrating, Google are too smart for their own good. When did computers speed things up? (mini rant) Help please, John.

Please forgive if this is the wrong forum. Some avi video files will not play on N 7 (12). Does any one know what the requirements are? A link perhaps? There are plenty of windows video converters that allow most any parameter to be tweaked so it should be easy enough to get them compatible...

Thanks it took me a while to figure out which app was opening the picture but once done your instructions worked a treat. I now have the picture attachments opening as desired.

I am using the stock installed email app and if I remember correctly the first time I opened a picture attachment I was given some options with which to open it. I chose something and now all openings give a postage sized thumbnail. How do I change this association so that pictures will fill...
