Hello, Tried on multiple occasions to preorder S24U with Samsung Military EPP discount for which I am enrolled. While populating the order page discount shows correctly. When I go to checkout page the price increased $122. Has anyone had success ordering S24x with any EPP discount? Thanks, Pete

Not sure what your point is. The last post I see regarding S23 beta updates was 6 days ago, 10/13. I posted on the main page so members would see the update was available for download when they logged in.

Just checked my Watch 6 order on Samsung.com. Expected delivery August 11. Return Label for Watch 5 states return not later than Aug 13. What happened to 15 day from receipt trade return via FedEx?

Thank you all for your suggestions. None worked for me. Perhaps it has to do with Nova Launcher Pro. I took spARTacus advice and downloaded "website shortcut" from Google Play and I now have Home Screen shortcut to the S23 Forum.

S22 Ultra had a "Add to Home Screen" shortcut option ( 3 dot ... menu) for website URLs. This option is not available for the S23Ultra. Anyone have a work around to create a URL shortcut to the S23U Home Screen? TIA, Pete

Cracked screen, no way S22U trade in was pristine. Like so many others, called customer service and 20 minutes later I got the full trade in value. What a Pain, no problem last 3 phone trade ins, but always a problem with Watch trade ins. Have to rethink whether or not to do trade ins going...

OP Here. Called T-Mobile and was told this is an "emerging issue" and they would call me within a week with an answer. For the record T-Mobile has never called me back regarding a support issue, so, not holding my breath.
