I am experiencing a similar problem. Ever since the update, my battery life has totally gone down the crapper. Before the update, my phone would routinely last over 24 hours on a single charge. Now under the same usuage, I'm lucky if I can squeeze out 13 hours. It's really frustrating.

Yeah, I thought about doing that, but I'm almost positive that they will just tell me to do a factory reset (which seems to be their "solution" to everything) and I'd really prefer to not do that unless absolutely necessary. Especially since I just did one a couple weeks ago when I got Lollipop...

It's as if the clock is a few milliseconds faster than real time, so at first you don't notice, but then eventually over a few days, it's 3...then 5....then 10 seconds ahead. After a few months it's a good minute or two ahead of all my other clocks. I did a factory reset a few days ago to see if...

Question for you. How do you have it so that it shows how much time your phone has been off the charger (6h 49m 0s) on that particular screen? Ever since Lollipop, that stat went away for me and I can only get that info if I use a battery moniter app like GSam Battery Monitor. My screen looks...

I agree whole-heartedly. I absolutely hate doing factory resets unless it is the ONLY solution to the problem I am experiencing. I haven't gotten my Lollipop update because I'm with Rogers and they're slow as hell when it comes to these things, but when I do, I am praying that there aren't any...

Re: anyone changing to s6? I've only had my S5 for 6 months so there's no way I'm going to get a new phone already. I'll probably be looking to upgrade around the time of the S7/Note 6. Or whatever other good contender may be out by that time. M10 maybe?

I'm Canadian (with Rogers) and I still have 4.4.2 as well, which totally blows. I heard that we won't even get 4.4.4 and instead they're just going to skip it and go straight to 5.0 Lollipop, but who the heck knows when that will actually happen.

I've been using PowerAmp for the past year and a half. It's kind of glitchy and music playback sometimes stutters, but I really enjoy the customization aspect of it.

Re: Please help! I just got my S5 & I need case advice. At the moment, I'm rocking a Spigen Neo Hybrid case because it looks slick as all hell, but a lot of the time I don't use a case at all because I prefer my phones naked.
