there might not be a way. since radio broadcast is ever present. people with dental work have certain metals that can actually pick up radio broadcast and they can hear "voices" inside their head.
your speaker materials is probably passively picking up the radio frequency interference.
I turn off all that stuff. unless you want more accurate location data for your social stuff, but then it'd make it that more accurate for authorities to track you. And data miners, and Google, and, every app. Plus it does eat more battery.
try this
go to settings, apps, see all apps, tap the 3 dots in upper right corner and select system app. go to Bluetooth. stop service. clear cache and data and try again. you'll have to delete paired devices and re-pair with all your other devices probably.
I assume you've tried inserting the headphones into your old iPhone and tested to make sure they're still good?
on your new phone, make sure it's inserted firmly all the way in. most headphones work on all platforms. the "designed for iPhone" is usually just to allow control of volume and other...
make sure orientation is enabled on the phone before taking pics. hold phone up and wait a couple seconds so the phone orientates itself then take pics.
otherwise, your accelerometer could be faulty. maybe do a hard reset/reboot
a lot of chargers I've use were made in China. Even most products I've used were made in China. it's almost inescapeable unless you actively scrutinize and avoid buying anything with a "made in China" sticker.
even if it doesn't say it, some parts inside we're probably made in China.
hope...
so you use your smartphone as a wifi router (cell hotspot) for your PC? And you need your pc to get the same IP address?
Or are you wanting your smartphone to be getting the same IP address each time it connects to your cellular carrier?
sounds unlikely, but extremely remotely possible.
you may have downloaded an app with malicious payload that granted remote access. best to back up data andwipe it clean. install only reputeable essential apps.
if your device backs up data ( photos) to the cloud, then most likely your Gmail...
probably best to get a USB flash drive and insert that into your new head unit. hopefully it can play lossless like flac.
you can maybe try putting your phone into MTP mode and it'll become a flash drive
otherwise use usbc to 3.5mm audio dongle.
