How much is in the cache files? Under Internal Storage > Free Up Space > Temporary files? A lot of temporary files can cause issues, including causing apps to crash. Clear those out, reboot, and test the phone. Source: Two years tech support for a major wireless carrier.

The Go Unlimited plan is subject to depriorirization at any time. The Beyond Unlimited is the same as the Unlimited from Feb: only subject to depriorirization after you've used 22GB on that line.

Based on your testing, it's obviously the SIM card. I'm surprised tech support didn't try to reprogram the SIM. Having it replaced will fix the issues you're having.

When you switch SIM cards, the billing system still "sees" the SIM belongs in a different phone. Think of a SIM as an electronic key that gives you access to the network. When you call in, they're updating your phone's unique "address" (IMEI) in the billing system to match it with the SIM "key".

I didn't see anything regarding this. I do know that Verizon.net email is being moved from in-house to AOL. If you're having issues, please call tech support to have them look into it. I'll ask around for more details today.

As frustrating as it is, the issue is with the vendor that provides the cloud service, not Verizon, and definitely not the NRB. Should the issue have been fixed weeks ago? Heck yeah! But blaming Verizon would be like blaming your ISP because Netflix stopped working due to an issue on their...

The issue is not with VZ, but with the third party vendor that provides the cloud service.

6.4.2 and .3 are the troubled versions. I work VZW tech support, and 6.4.4 is the latest version, which should fix the issues everyone is having. Personally, I never had any of the issues, but now my saved short code contacts are not displaying the name, just the number. [emoji53]

Also, make sure you're using the latest version 6.4.4.

Verizon Tech Support Rep here: Been getting a lot of calls. All we know is that the vendor is working on the issue.

If that doesn't fix the issue, you'll need to do a factory reset.
