I'm having the same issue with my Note 20 Ultra. I purchased it from Dubai, UAE. It was a built in option in the Note 10+. It was visible in the Phone Settings Option > Call Recording I'm using Cube ACR App now, but it's not as good. Is there any way to add it as a developer or something?

Yes. So, the first time I opened the phone from the box, I put my Sri Lanka SIM and it wasn't working. Then, I did a factory Reset WITH the SIM inside. It worked. Now, I'm trying to put my other INDIA SIM, and it's the same issue. I'm guessing a factory reset with the INDIA sim will work...
