No Call recording option in Samsung Note 20 Ultra

I cannot find call recording option in my new Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G. Its there on my previous phone viz. Samsung S10+

I'm having the same issue with my Note 20 Ultra.
I purchased it from Dubai, UAE.
It was a built in option in the Note 10+. It was visible in the Phone Settings Option > Call Recording

I'm using Cube ACR App now, but it's not as good.

Is there any way to add it as a developer or something?
