If your phone can't support extra SD card take the 32 GB because if you don't you will regret it after, if not take the 16Gb because is less prices then buy an SD card, that's what I do with my android devices.

Try installing it from the Google play store website not the application, because normally on your computer you should have this application purchased so you will see a green button written in installed click on it and it will send the download to your phone for free. Hope it will work for you...
