Problem with Samsung dive

Hi, so I lost my s3 and went to Samsungdive.com to locate it ( I didn't know about android device manager by Google) them when I wanted to login in the progress bar they show me login.do after success then right after signout. I've never had this problem before, I deleted all my history, my cookies and all that stuff tried another browser on another computer but didn't work. Hep please !!
