Not sure if this will help anyone. But I had the same problem with mine (T-Mobile). The fix was pretty simple for me but took awhile to narrow down. The Sim card they had active on my watch was not actually the Sim card that was in my watch. Once the lady at the store looked it up she noticed...

Might be a dumb question, but is the s2 Classic bluetooth only? No mobile network?

*Update* Just got back from T-Mobile. The issue was that the Sim card they had as active for my watch was not the Sim card that was in my watch lol. Everything is working now. Thx for all your troubleshooting. Posted via the Android Central App
