Gear s2 - no sound

My gear s2 has stopped putting out sound. It never mattered to me before but it always worked before. Now that I want sound it's not working. Anyone else have an issue or workaround?

Yes the volume is up.

Maybe double-check under Settings, Accessibility, Hearing and make sure "turn off all sounds" somehow didn't get activated?
