    Verizon S6 update?

I've had Android phones for almost 8yrs now, and every update promises to bring improved battery life. None have delivered on that promise until this update to M. I'm sure it's entirely due to Doze.

    Double Data is Back!!

Ditched my unlimited years ago and it's saved us thousands of dollars. That's worth the peace of mind of occasionally watching our data usage for a day or two when we get close to our 15gb limit. To each their own. Posted via the Android Central App

What's the market for high end Chromebooks?

Of course I could. That's one of the great things about chromebooks. The pixel just does it all better. Posted via the Android Central App

Are you upgrading? Why and why not?

New Edge is too big for me, so no. I love the phone except battery life, but fast chargers mitigate that downside significantly. Hopefully Marshmallow comes soon to my Verizon phone and it works smoothly with all the new Edge features. Posted via the Android Central App

What's the market for high end Chromebooks?

So I recently picked up the current Pixel off of eBay for about $750. I've been using a Toshiba Chromebook 2 for over a year and really liked it. Since my work has recently adopted Windows 365 I can access all of my files and do the basic editing/doc creation I need to using the online windows...

I just don't get the point

Also, for the poster who uses his/her PC for iTunes podcasts, you should try pod kicker. They have a search option which searches iTunes. I've had good success there when other search methods wouldn't work. Posted via the Android Central App

I just don't get the point

$ for $ a chromebook offers a better experience (keyboard, touchpad, screen, battery life, weight, speed, maintenance, overall build quality) than a PC for 95% of what I need from a non work-issued laptop. So it makes more sense to spend money on that and then suffer with my old windows laptop...

Does Verizon care if you buy phones at $300/$400 off and pay off device payment plan to frequently?

Clearly they are losing money on the phones at those discounted prices, with the expectation that you'll hold on to the new line which is basically gravy. But they are big boys and know that some people will take advantage. I suppose at some point they could cut you off from new deals. But I...

Looking for user feedback of their GS6 Edge battery life

Neither of these phones is going to guarantee you 3hrs of intensive use. You might get, you might not, but in either case I wouldn't leave home without an external battery pack. On the plus side for the S6 edge, fast charging is awesome, and there are external fast-chsrging packs available (I...

Verizon raising the price for Unlimited Data Plan by $20 after November 15, 2015

I don't understand people who use their phone as a home wireless router. Isn't it easier, and likely cheaper to just get a broadband plan for like $50/month? Posted via the Android Central App

    "Good working condition" trade in?

Re: "Gold working condition" trade in? My guess it that it would be fine as long as it boots up normally and there is no glaring physical damage. Posted via the Android Central App

When do you think the 6.0 update will be released on the S6?

My guess is January for the unlocked versions, March/April for carrier versions Posted via the Android Central App
