I have the approved Spigen Glas tR EZ Fit. It often takes 2 or 3 tries to read my finger print. My pixel 6 after the first year started working perfectly. Hopefully, the same will happen with the Pixel 10. Not a huge issue with face unlock. Only when it's dark do i notice it.
