Well now that you have a recovery, you should be good. Can you connect with ADB? Try flashing the Xionia recovery you had before, going into the mounts and storage menu, and formatting EVERYTHING (except the sdcard) Then flash a rom. EDIT: Instead of a rom, you could try a stock Nandroid. link
