lg optimus v=did factory wipe and stuck in fastboot!

I did a factory wipe and I am stuck in fastboot blue screen! I can not do anything else, how do I restore my phone, I need help please!

Do you have a custom recovery?

This happens when your recovery is messed up. So long as you can use adb shell to connect, you can flash a new recovery.

Battery in
Hold Home+Volume Down+Power to boot to recovery.
Wipe
Flash
Boot

I had the same thing happen to me when I first tried to root my phone. I could not use adb shell since it turned out it was a problem with the LG drivers installing during an installation using ROMTools, I think. I finally just pulled the battery and all was normal again. I then manually installed the drivers and rooted another way.

I'm stuck... I did the wipe and I pull the battery, put it back, it goes through the wipe and reboots and gets hung at the LG logo. I can't get adb to recognize the phone, it's not running long enough. I don't know what to do now.

Im also stuck in the fastboot screen.I dont understand if we do the adb from the cmd on computer.When i plug my phone into the computer it says found new hardware and then problem installing hardware.ive installed 4 different driver sets for the phone and non work.also when i type adb in the cmd.exe on pc it says its not recognized as a internal or external command,operable program or batch file.
